I am a health coach because I believe that we have one wild and precious life, and that maintaining our health and wellness allows us to make the most of it. Optimizing health to prevent or reverse disease saves time, money and emotional and physical pain long-term. It is better for our economy, for our families and friends, and for ourselves to take these proactive steps. But I understand that this can be hard to do alone. My hope is that through my coaching, my clients heal and truly become well, so that they can focus their energy, attention and gifts on making their lives what they want it to be and this world a better place.
